- Additional Expenses Additional expenses incurred during the recovery process, such as legal filings, court costs, or third-party investigative fees, will be communicated and billed separately.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
4. No Guarantee of Success
While we use industry-leading practices, forensic methodologies, and legal strategies, no firm can guarantee full recovery of assets. You acknowledge:
- Outcomes are influenced by the complexity of the fraud, cooperation of third parties, and applicable laws.
- Past results, success rates, or testimonials are illustrative, not binding guarantees.
- While we maximize recovery potential, partial or unsuccessful recovery may occur despite our best efforts.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client communications, documents, and case details are handled with absolute confidentiality.
- Sensitive information is encrypted, securely stored, and accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Disclosure is limited to trusted third-party professionals engaged to support recovery, who are legally bound to maintain confidentiality.
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of all personal and financial information.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific claim service. Clients acknowledge inherent recovery risks.
7. Third-Party Engagement
We may engage contractually bound third-party professionals (legal, forensic). We are not liable for their actions beyond reasonable oversight.
8. Intellectual Property
All proprietary materials, methodologies, and reports remain the intellectual property of One-World Recovery. Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without consent.
9. Digital Communications
Electronic communications (email, messaging apps, portals) are encrypted and monitored for security purposes. While we take precautions, clients acknowledge the inherent risks of digital communications and agree to exercise caution when transmitting sensitive information.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate upon written notice. Fees for services rendered remain payable. Confidentiality survives termination.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
12. Risk Acknowledgment
Fraud recovery is uncertain. Success depends on many factors. Partial or unsuccessful recovery does not indicate negligence.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Updates will be posted with revision dates.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
